Muscle isn't built by accident. It's built by load that rises on schedule and food that backs it up. Here you get both: four weight sessions a week (push, legs, pull, and a full posterior chain day) plus, with the nutrition package, a plan with a surplus calculated for your body.
Every exercise has a defined job: a set intensity, a set tempo, and a progression rule that tells you exactly when to add weight. Not "train and see": a system that walks you from session one to the final week.
Inside the transformation
How the 8 weeks run
Weeks 1–4 · Foundation block
Four sessions a week: push (chest and shoulders), legs, pull (back), and a posterior chain day built around the deadlift. You build technique and base strength at an intensity tuned to progress every week.
Weeks 5–8 · Progression block
The same split with heavier loads and harder variations. Block two picks up exactly where you left off, so the muscle never adapts and the results never stall.
Nutrition (649 package) · all 8 weeks
A calorie surplus calculated for your weight and goal, with protein locked in, so the extra load turns into muscle, not just fatigue.
This transformation is for you if
- You want visible muscle you can see in the mirror and in your clothes
- You have gym access or weights. The program is built on barbell and dumbbell work
- You've been training but your weights have been stuck for months
- You want a system that removes the thinking: sets, reps, and when to progress
Not for you if
- You own zero weights: the home version needs at least basic dumbbells; answer "Home" in the questions to see it
- Your first goal is major fat loss. Lose Fat is built for that
- You can't give 4 sessions a week
Do I need a full gym?
You need a barbell, weights and dumbbells. A standard gym membership covers it. The program is built on the big lifts: bench, squat, deadlift, rows.
I'm intermediate, does it fit?
Yes. Intensity is set to your level from week one, and the progression rules scale whether you're new to weights or a year in.
How long is a session?
Between 45 and 75 minutes depending on the day, around 6 exercises per session with rest times prescribed.
How do I receive the program?
After checkout, your 1% Training App invite lands in your email automatically within minutes. The program and nutrition live inside the app.
