Our goal is for you to get real value from the program. If the program isn't right for you, a clear refund window is in place.
1. Refund window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven't completed more than 25% of the program content.
2. Non-refundable cases
More than 25% of program lessons have been completed.
More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
Custom programs or personal consultations once booked.
3. How to request a refund
Email 1@1percent.community from the address you purchased with.
Include your order number and reason for the refund.
We reply within 3 business days.
The amount is returned to the same payment method within 5–10 days.
4. Program changes
If we modify or remove a program you purchased, we will offer an alternative program or a full refund.
